We are geared to providing a client representation in every aspect of the client’s contact with the criminal justice system, in both state and federal courts.

Obviously criminal cases do not begin at the first court appearance. They begin with accusations, followed by investigation, perhaps by a grand jury, then they proceed to a charging decision and only then do you find yourself in court pleading not guilty. At our firm we are prepared to become involved from the beginning. It is important to do so because opportunities may present themselves which may benefit the client down the road during the long haul of a criminal defense. It is also important to get involved early because your rights must be protected at every stage of the process, not only after you’ve been charged with a crime.

Unfortunately, more often than not, investigations lead to charges being filed. With the number of cases tried by my firm numbering in the hundreds, we are truly in a position to help you. My firm has tried from the simplest of cases to the most complex, including white collar crimes, multiple defendant conspiracies and even capital cases where the government has sought the death penalty.
